"Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable."

"The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through."

"Lovely, well equipped, two story house in calm area near BSU; host was very responsive to minor glitch in door lock; property and house were very nicely decorated and maintained; kitchen was well equipped; linens were fresh; even a Brita pitcher was available to help with Muncie's known water "flavor" Highly recommend property to all unless steep stairs to bedrooms would pose an issue."

"Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after...

"My daughter and I spent 1 night during our Frank Lloyd Wright week in the mid-west. The house was in great shape. Sleeps 6, feeds more than 6. Has a industrial strength kitchen. It was very nice."

"I've been staying here for about half a year now and my room is always clean and ready for me when I get here. There are still sections that the owners are working on fixing up, but overall it is always a nice experience here."
