Welcome to La Riverie, an old renovated farmhouse nestled in a peaceful hamlet overlooking the Èvre, with access to the river.

Unobstructed view of the fields, absolute calm and top-of-the-range services. The house accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms including 2 suites, 3 bathrooms (walk-in showers, bathtub), equipped kitchen and terrace.

Ideally located between the Èvre and Loire valleys, perfect for discovering the region. Charming villages, bike rides and water activities nearby.

La Riverie reveals a rare way of life, where space, light and nature meet.
The heart of the house is organized around a 60 m² cathedral living room, bathed in light, with a large table that can accommodate up to 12 guests — ideal for unforgettable moments of sharing.

The kitchen, accessible by a light function, offers a friendly dining area and a complete equipment to cook like at home.

A more intimate living room, open to the living room, invites you to relax with library (Arrival of the sofa and TV in June 2026.
