West-facing apartment of 50 sqm located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator, featuring a pool and tennis courts. Equipped for 4 people, it includes an independent kitchen (gas stove, large fridge-freezer), a very spacious living room with a sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds (90 cm each), a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, a utility room, and a large terrace.

The residence has dual access: one towards the sea and the other towards the port. Shops are nearby at the port. Towel and linen rental available upon request with payment on-site, optional cleaning service available for a fee. Pets are allowed free of charge.

Pool hours: From June 1st to September 31st, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and until 7:00 PM in September. The pool is not heated.

Additional amenities include: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, storage room, and free access to the pool and tennis courts.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
