Equipped for 4 people, it includes a living room with a sofa bed (BZ type), a equipped kitchenette (2 gas burners, top fridge-freezer), a cabin with bunk beds, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a glassed-in loggia with a magnificent view of the marina and the sea.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest resort to Montpellier (13 km, about a 15-minute drive). It is a family-friendly resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you will find numerous activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or at the port. Local markets are held three times a week during the summer season, and a craft market is present at the port every Wednesday.

The property is ideally located between the port and the beach, with a view of the gardens.
