'Ons verblijf in Proximity Apartments in Manukau was op zich goed. De kamer zag er goed verzorgd uit, alles wat netjes schoon. Alleen was het jammer dat wij aan de voorkant van het hotel aan een groot plein sliepen op deze vrijdagavond, want er was tot zeer diep in de nacht veel muziek en druk gepraat op de terrassen van de bars, die aan dit plein en bij de mall gesitueerd waren.'

'An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.'

'Awesome communication with the host Chanae, they made sure we had everything we needed for an easy comfortable stay. We enjoyed waking up to the Manu and the misty green hills views. Hikoi at the beach, playing/ eating our meals amongst the fresh quiet ngahere filled with rongoā rakau. Cute visits from their kuri, reo Māori games, nice warm and cozy unit. Highly recommend ! 'We had an excellent stay, almost as comfortable as our own home, which was a pleasant surprise since many holiday properties we’ve stayed in haven’t been as cozy. While we knew in advance that it didn’t have a washing machine, it became more noticeable after spending a week there. 'My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. '

'From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. Thanks for a great stay and looking after me so well '

'Our stay at this property had a mix of positives and disappointments. The house itself was spacious and well laid out, with plenty of room for our immediate family to spread out, but also gather around the table for shared meals. The beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.However, the outdoor areas let us down. The pool—which was a key reason we booked this place—was not in a usable condition. "I recently stayed at Pullman for multiple days and was deeply disappointed with the overall hospitality and service, which fell far short of my expectations for a high-end establishment. - The Room Views: The view from my room was utterly dismal, facing a noisy and unsightly construction site. - Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was meager and unappetizing. Many items appeared stale or unfresh. Furthermore, buffet plates were not replenished regularly, and the coffee machines malfunctioned during my stay. - Check-in/Check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly confusing and frustrating. The partial payment and charging procedures were the most convoluted I have ever encountered at any hotel. - Service Requests: Simple requests, such as borrowing an adapter for my electronic devices, were met with indifference or difficulty. The overall experience was more akin to a low-three-star hotel, despite the rooms being relatively new. The hotel's ambiance was cold and transactional, lacking the warmth and personalized service I've come to expect. Prior to my stay at Pullman, I stayed at the Millennium Hotel, where all the services I required were readily without any fuss. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was far superior, all at a fraction of the price I paid at Pullman."
