Located between Saint Emilion and Sauternes, in a pleasant and peaceful setting, a cocoon of privacy nestled close to the forest. We welcome you to the Le Clos d'Avalon cottage, housed in an old building that has been fully restored with great passion for a wonderful stay. While adjoining the property, the cottage retains all its privacy. The accommodation features an enclosed garden, a beautiful partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a dining area equipped with an electric grill, overlooking a pretty lake, facing the forest crossed by the Sainte Catherine stream, which flows into the Mauriac pond located 500 meters away. Our cottage features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, and hob), a dining and living area with a wood-burning stove and television, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and two single beds), one with direct access to the garden, a small reading room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The entire cottage is spread over different levels. You also have access to a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, and a hairdryer. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. Sheets are provided, and beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental. The accommodation is adjacent to another cottage: it is possible to rent both accommodations simultaneously. You benefit from a high-speed fiber optic internet connection.
