'Reception is at the Public House Hotel. The ladies at reception were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The suites are in a kind of shabby looking building a few doors down the road but once you enter the Suites area everything is perfect. Bathroom is fantastic. Location is good but there are not many restaurants in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. There is a 24 h supermarket just a couple of minutes away though. '

'I am a frequent traveler and prefer smaller quirky hotels.
But the service at this hotel makes me reconsider my preferences. This hotel has the most amazing staff and service, by far the best experience in many years!!
The facilities here are brilliant; gym, spa and restaurant was top quality… I am not a fan off new and modern, but here I make an exception!! 10/10

'This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. They will clean your room everyday, if you so wish, just like a hotel. It was so peaceful there. They even did my laundry there, for a fee of course. Would definately stay here again. 'J'ai passé 2 nuits dans une chambre géniale avec un grand lit puis je suis passé dans un appartement au 4ieme étage pour 7 nuits, l'appartement est vraiment super digne d'un grand hotel et le personnel est vraiment très serviable, je reviendrai dans cet hotel de toutes façons. We hebben elke dag gebruik gemaakt van de spa faciliteiten, de telefoon met een lokale sim-kaart die je als hotspot kan gebruiken. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van de alle historische en bezienswaardige plekken.
Het enige minpuntje is dat het aan een drukke straat ligt en als je een kamer aan de voorkant hebt, is het te rumoerig om te slapen. we hebben de volgende dag om een andere kamer gevraagd en dat was geen enkel probleem!

"Small rooms (luckily with high ceilings). Small bathroom. Staff very moody...just not so friendly nor service minded. We stayed here for a long weekend and didn't know there was a marathon on the day we left. We were told that no taxi's were able to pick us up between 8am and 2pm. We were simply told to walk to the bridge outside the marathon area (quite a distance with luggage). While the next morning we were told by the nice receptionist that if we walk (5 mins) to Hilton hotel a minibus could take us there for 3 euro. On our last night we had a drunk group of people outside the hotel underneath the window. The hotel didn't asked them to move. Very disappointing. The hotel for us was faded glory !"
