'Room was awful. Very dirty and mold everywhere. Pot smokers outside our room was terrible. There was quite a gap in the door, so we smelled it all night. We won't ever go back there again. '

'They did not have my reservation. Check in took about 40 minutes. Desk personnel’s key would not work so she had to climb over her counter. Police arrived due to someone calling 911-staff was indifferent and bothered by this. No washcloths. This location is NOT the Methuen Conference Center anymore. They have blue tape covering all emblems and logos that I say that. Staff said that it is a Days Inn. I would not have booked there had I known. '

'The property had a terrible smell and there was dog droppings in the parking lot and in the walk ways to walk into the building . We did not get any clean towels and we did not even sleep there . Our furnace was being replaced at our home so we went for showers and it was terrible! '

'This place is horrible.Early morning lots of noise, people next door fighting. Floor above us was like someone moving in at 8am in the morning. Called the FD to make a complaint but the issue was never resolved they said no one is in the room above us which is insane. In addition to that none of the ice machines works on either floors. Tv has no internet.'

'Have stayed at this location several times. Love it, EXCEPT the floors/carpets in the rooms really need a good cleaning (not just a vacuuming) ! I thought it was just the first room we stayed in about a year ago, but have been in 2 others rooms since and have experienced the same carpet dirt in each room. There is no odor or noticeable stains, just dirty carpets. Our socks were filthy from walking on the carpet. Not exaggerating. All others areas of the room were clean, well maintained....
