De Villa
Goed gesitueerd, smaakvol ingerichte villa met twee slaapkamers in een rustige locatie. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een volledig ingerichte keuken met de volledige reeks van kookgerei; een open woonkamer met een ventilator aan het plafond; twee slaapkamers met volledig ingerichte kasten en air-conditioning, een slaapkamer bevat een tweepersoonsbed en de andere 2 eenpersoonsbedden die kunnen worden ingericht als een queen size bed en een badkamer met toilet en inloopdouche. De villa beschikt ook over een eigen veranda met stoelen buiten; kabel-tv en een cd / dvd / home cinema systeem, draadloos internet en telefoon. Een mobiel draadloos internet dongle voor degenen die internet op de weg kan worden gehuurd en bijgevuld lokaal als nodig is.

Er is ook een gedeelde wasruimte, met wasmachine die beschikbaar zijn voor de gasten gratis gebruik evenals gratis twee keer per week schoonmaak diensten die een grondige reiniging van de villa en beddengoed en badhanddoek wijzigingen omvatten is.

Omgeving
De villa is een van de drie en deelt een ruime tuin, een zwembad met ligstoelen en een groot prieel met buiten dineren sets. De hele familie kan genieten van de outdoor faciliteiten van Affinity, een duik nemen of ontspannen bij het zwembad; spelen in de tuin of gewoon de warmte af in de schaduw van onze grote prieel die ook gebruikt kan worden als een buiten eethoek.

Ligging
De villa in de ideale locatie om de rust van het Caribische leven ervaren, terwijl in staat om eenvoudig toegang tot het hele eiland met de auto of bus. Het is bereikbaar met de auto of de bus vanaf de luchthaven, de reis duurt minder dan 15 minuten. De rustige locatie is 3 minuten lopen naar de hoofdweg die is een drukke busroute die u over het eiland en het pand is binnen 5 minuten van een rustig strand. Er zijn verschillende lokale diensten binnen 5 minuten loopafstand van het pand, waaronder een Engels pub, spreekkamer met apotheek, bars, restaurants en een min-mart. Een verdere afstand al op loopafstand zijn de drukkere gebieden van Oistins en St Lawrence Gap met supermarkt, bruisende nachtleven, meerdere restaurants, banken en stranden.

Beautiful set of apartments

These apartments have everything you need in a great location on the south coast ! Fab air con , WiFi , pool and an absolutely fantastic price for the area !! Hosts are wonderful people so friendly and welcoming and are around if you need them … can’t fault this place at all ! At 5 minute walk to main road for buses and ZR’s to take you anywhere on south coast and a 15 minute walk into Oistins, beaches galore to choose from too ! Get it booked and have a great time it’s fab !!!

Could sum up, if you don't mind old , broken or Jerry-rigged then it's fine. There was things that could have/should have been addressed better. Dials on the gas stove duct taped over instead of fixed as an example and other things(like trying to keep feral chickens out of the house and a cockroach literally the size of my thumb I killed) , The manager was great, but a little more up keep would be better. The house and grounds area are visibley older then photos in advertisement. If you don't mind these things, then no problem! Myself and family managed ok, just looked at each other every time something came along and thought, really! Ooh, and then there is the wild monkeys, that's another story!

Lovely apartment with pool

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jo was very welcoming, and made sure we were happy and comfortable. She really went the extra mile to make sure we had directions to property, and familiar with the apartment. We couldn’t hoped for more. (Ps thank you for the phone loan after I drowned mine) The pool was a real bonus, right outside the apartment, so comfortable to use the pool without having to lock up. Holiday stay was great, enhanced by meeting the other two apartment residents. Whilst the apartment was not tip top condition, we felt it was excellent value, great location (if you want to stay in the south of the island) and the pool is a real bonus. The location was great for local beaches and catching transport to explore the island further. Thank you Jo so much

Sun and warmth

It was sunny and warm everyday. We enjoyed the pool and covered deck. Tracy, the housekeeper, was wonderful and a wealth of information. The Barbados golf club was a nice course and served excellent food.

Pros: location is good, close to oistins, parking is convenient Cons: air conditioning timer every two hours in one bedroom and every 1 hour in the other room so woke up regularly at night, no breeze in the location, unfortunately neighbors smoked and if left windows open would get there smoke into the apt, neighbors had friends over first night so it was a locals party at the pool. There was some weird green dirt in corner of the bathroom unsure if was mold. Stove /oven very dated difficult to tell if it was on.

Ben posizionato. Appartamento comodo e dotato di tutti i confort necessari per passare una vacanza da sogno. La sua posizione ti permette di andare in pochi minuti nelle migliori spiagge dell’isola. Angela è stata veramente gentile e accogliente. Per noi che abbiamo 2 bambini la piaci anche esterna è stata un ottimo spazio per i nostri 2 figli. Sicuramente se dovessi tornare alle Barbados sceglierei di nuovo questo alloggio.

Clean, private, and AWESOME!!!

The villa was very clean and well taken care of. Krystal the cleaner came by 2 times during our stay and did a fabulous job tidying the villa while I worked on my computer. Unfortunately, my fun times in Barbados didn't allow me to meet the owners Maxine and Angela, but it was sweet that they checked on us and attempted to meet us. Oh my goodness! WE LOVED THE POOL! Good size, clean, and always warm. I would ABSOLUTELY stay at the villa again on another trip.

This villa is a must for anyone seeking simplicity, peace and tranquility with excellent service

We have been to Barbados many times and usually stayed in a hotel. We decided this year however, to have a change and book this villa. It was all what we wanted and more. Perfectly situated for access to the beach, shopping areas and entertainment. The villa was perfect for us. The pool was an amazing asset. It was cleaned often and so was the villa. We met the owner Maxine whilst we were there and she is a lovely lady. It was really very nice to meet her and put a face to an email. The property manager Angela is perfect and she couldn't do enough for us. She came many tmes throughout our stay to check all was well, which it certainly was. A really beautiful character. The housekeeper Krystal was fantastic too. The most sweet and thorough lady. Whom we grew very fond of. The pool keeper was a gentleman called Doug whom I shared chats with. He was informative and helpful. On the whole, the management was absolutely first class. The villa had everything we needed, including a bbq in the gazebo which unfortunately we never used. It was a home from home situation. With everything you would expect to be in it. There was even a mobile telephone for us to use locally. The bedrooms were fully air-conditioned, I think it would be a huge asset to have it in the lounge too. This hasn't altered our option though. We had the most wonderful time. We would 100% recommend this property and we will stay at the villa the very next time we go to Barbados. Maxine, Angela, krystal and Doug, thank you for making our holiday memorable. Enjoyable vacation in Barbados at Affinity Villas.

Pool was nice, had it all to ourselves for the week. It,s a nice location, close to the grocery and the beaches on the southern coast. Had some problems with the A/C and light switch but was quickly rectified the following day. The pool was attended to twice while there and the apartment was clean once by some very kind folks. A clothes dryer would be an asset. We enjoyed our stay and was quite comfortable. We don,t mind staying again some day. Gary .

Great Location

Quiet location, off the main street. It's a short walk to the beach , the grocery store, and several restaurants. The swimming pool and gazebo allow for a quiet evening respite from the hustle and bustle of the day. We did yoga in the gazebo every morning.
