Maxwell Beach Residence is een van de nieuwste luxueuze appartementen aan het strand van Barbados beschikbaar voor vakantieverhuur.

Biedt ultrastijlvol en eigentijds wonen aan het strand als geen ander, met enkele van de meest hoogwaardige afwerkingen en meubels in Barbados.

Onze locatie aan de zuidkust biedt directe toegang tot het rustige, ongerepte witte zandstrand en tot enkele van de beste restaurants, winkels en uitgaansgelegenheden in Barbados, waaronder St. Lawrence Gap and the Oistins Festival. We zijn niet meer dan 15 minuten verwijderd van de internationale luchthaven en hetzelfde van de belangrijkste stad en het winkelcentrum Bridgetown. Onze exacte locatie is op de Maxwell Coast Road, goed afgelegen en weggestopt van de drukke hoofdwegen en verkeersgeluiden.

Elke villa heeft ook een eigen balkon met een verbluffend uitzicht op het zwembad, de tuin en de prachtige turquoise blauwe oceaan en het witte zandstrand.

We hebben ook een gratis ophaalservice van de luchthaven in een veilig beveiligd voertuig met een vriendelijke chauffeur en een welkomstpakket voor al onze gasten. Onze villa's zijn het perfecte vakantiehuis voor gezinnen, vrienden en koppels op zoek naar een veilige, comfortabele, ontspannen en stressvrije vakantie.

What a beautiful condo with great views and all of the amenities needed!! Michal was a very attentive host and promptly answered all inquiries and made sure our visit was phenomenal ! We would highly recommend this property and be sure to make use of Wayne (& family) as drivers to get around the island. We are definitely coming back! The Ocean One staff were constantly ensuring security and cleanliness of the property!

We had a fantastic stay here with our family! The space had plenty of beds and bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable, and the seating both inside and on the balcony (couches and dining table in both areas) made it easy to relax together, play games, watch TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The separate temperature controls in each room meant everyone could sleep comfortably. The complimentary airport pickup by Wayne was great and made our arrival stress-free, and we were able to call him for excursions also. The owners were responsive from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The pool was nice… was empty most of the day but could get crowded at times. Had some great night swims with my family. Being right on the beach was amazing. Maxwell beach in general had more seaweed than expected, could be time of year or that it rained quite a bit during our stay, but it was cleaned every morning in front of Ocean One and we had a great time swimming! Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Property!

The property was very comfortable, in a nicely kept, secure building. The beach was nice but there was sargassum in the water and on the beach which was cleaned daily. The condo was clean for the most part but bathrooms needed to be better cleaned. Carlisle bay was absolutely beautiful and only about 15 min car ride North of the property. There were many restaurants in the general area to choose from.

5 stars. We just got back from an unforgettable stay at this amazing beachfront condo in Barbados. The location was ideal—right on a gorgeous beach with stunning ocean views, and close to everything we needed. Restaurants, shops, and public transport were all within walking distance, and we loved how easy it was to explore the island from there.The condo itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped (even with spices, Tupperware, and cookware), and we really appreciated the washer/dryer, air conditioning, and comfy beds. There were thoughtful extras too—beach gear, a few groceries in the fridge, and even pool toys.Free airport pickup was smooth and greatly appreciated —Wayne was kind and professional—and our host, Akilah, was amazing. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was always quick to respond. The building felt very safe and quiet, and at times it felt like we had the whole beach and pool to ourselves.We had the best time and are already talking about coming back. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Property

Just returned from our stay at this beautiful property and we had a great time. The condo is in a great location directly on the beach on the south coast. The view from the balcony alone is worth the rave reviews The property was clean and nicely decorated and had every amenity you could ever need. The property was safe and secure we always felt 100% comfortable on the property and the beach. The pool was always clean and direct access to a beautiful beach was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property manager Akilah was great to work with and always responsive to any questions or information we needed. They provided transportation from the airport (thanks Wayne) and even started us with some groceries and necessities which was a nice touch. Overall 10/10 and would definitely recommend ! We will be back !

Majestic view, great beach. Sister's wedding was next to the condo, perfect location to gather for meals and socializing. Made great use of BBQ on the 4th floor terrace. Hostess was always available to answer qustions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to coming again.

Home away from Home !

We had a great stay ! To start, the complimentary transportation from the airport to the condo was very convenient. The driver was very polite and professional. The property manager called the next morning after we checked in to see if we needed anything. We did have an issue with a fan not working in a bedroom, but it was a simple fix with a battery replacement. Talking to the property manager we were able to locate a supplied battery and fix the issue. The condo is located directly on the beach and has a wonderful view of the water. The inside was stocked with basically everything you need to make your meals. The condo does include a washer and dryer which was very convenient to not have to pack dirty laundry. This was a major plus for my wife. Also, this is not a noisy property. It is very laid back and at times we felt like we had the pool and beach to ourselves. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommended it.

Paradise unlocked, simply gorgeous!

We had a time at Ocean One. The property was beautiful, the condo was sparkling clean all our rooms were fully equipped with everything we needed . The beds were comfortable as well. Having ac washer andc dryer was a plus. The pool was always clean and access to the beach and other restaurants near by was also a plus. We had a car so getting around was simple since we were not far from Saint Lawrence Gap nightlife. Also there were numerous beaches near by as well. The condo did not disappoint, everything we needed was available in the condo . The host even left us items to make breakfast and also left some refreshments in the refrigerator, that was a plus. The pick up at the airport was very accommodating the driver was friendly and professional, making sure everyone was picked up although our group arrived at various times throughout the day. Access to the condo was easy as well. Whenever we are visiting Barbados again we will return to Ocean One.Until next time Thank you for the lovely accommodation.

Perfect Holiday with beautiful view

Our 5 th trip to Barbados however first stay at this condo and area . Very spacious and most well equipped unit have stayed at . Very clean , secure and comfortable , great air conditioning . Appreciated access to the gym. Having stayed prior in St. Lawrence gap and Worthing was slightly hesitant to book re distance to restaurants etc . This was not an issue , easy walk to the gap or road to access public transportation and beach options dining available near by . Would definitely stay again !

The unit is exactly as pictured, the grocery starter pack was perfect, airport transfers were fantastic, communication with the property manager was excellent throughout the trip- and the beds were so comfortable. This was my third time at Ocean One and it won’t be my last. I came with friends and once again everything was terrific. From the provided pick up at the airport to the trip back to the airport, everything went smoothly. The view from our room was gorgeous and the outdoors space was spacious. The condo was well equipped with just about anything you would need to prepare meals. The bonus was having a few groceries stocked in our fridge upon arrival! We took advantage of the short walk to St. Laurence Gap and enjoyed the restaurants in the surrounding area. Champers and Cocktail Kitchen were awesome. The property manager was always available and responsive to any questions. We always felt safe and were met with nothing but kindness no matter where we went. I’ve traveled extensively in the Caribbean and Barbados remains one of my favorite destinations. Thank you to the owners for providing an accurate description of our unit! Our vacation could not be more perfect.

Ocean one is a beautiful property nestled between Bougainvilla Hotel and Sandals. The property has a pool and jacuzzi right next to a stunning white sand beach. The property feels very secure with a remote access gate and key fob required to enter building and use the elevators. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay even beach cups and a cooler. The furniture and appliances were clean, modern and in good working condition. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager, Akilah was responsive and available when I needed her. Transport from the airport was timely and comfortable. If you don’t feel to use the well appointed kitchen, Calabash Beach Bistro right next door in Bourgainvilla Hotel was affordable and food was excellent. Deia Beach Club is also close by, food and drinks were top notch. I cannot wait to return to this location for my next trip.

Family Partial Reunion some Cropover

Property is gorgeous! Kitchen and rooms amazing. Views are breathtaking. Security is great you can not access this property unless you are a registered guest, love this especially travelling with our teenage daughter. Maxwell beach is great and close proximity to walk to food and shopping. Recommend- changing the refrigerator and microwave outdated and takes long to heat food. Also having some bottle water. Also list of events happening for week is nice added but overall great place to stay.
