"For our 2024 girls trip, we decided to find a property near water with a hot tub. This Current River getaway was absolutely perfect and beautiful for our group this year. The house was set for a medium to larger group. Plenty of space (love the open living room), and the large deck out back was perfect for morning coffee and evenings watching the water. The kitchen had a ton of pans, spices, and items available for use, which helped out planning for meals after we got there. Our girls trip focus around the hot tub which gave us a wonderful view of the sunset and river at night, and a lovely way to wake up with coffee bright and early in the brisk morning. Even though it was only 3 nights, we were figuring out how to plan for the next visit we loved it so much! We loved being so close to both the river and places to see and visit, in Doniphan and in Van Buren. We drove very easily to Big Spring, Rocky Falls, and Alley Spring. The Rocky River Resort, just up the road, was an EXCELLENT outfitter for floating the river. We enjoyed a 7 mile float on the Current."

"There were 3 adults 1 child in my group. The cabin was very relaxing and we got back to nature. Waking up everyday to the beautiful woods in Arkansas was the best vacation i could have had. This is perfect for parents and their children because the loft was hard to get in for the adults in my group however my 9 year old son had no problem. However even with that if it was just my husband myself and our son i would go back again. It was the perfect place to slow down and get recharged for the everyday hustle and bustle."

"We loved our stay at The Driftwood! Beautiful river view. Relaxing hot tub. Remote location. Everything we were looking for! We also used their shuttle service to take us and our canoe upstream and paddled back to the cabin. Great experience!"

"Everything is as listed. It was clean. Super spacious and would be comfortable for multiple people. One of the beds is in the main living area. Everything is furnished nicely. Great parking. We didn't cook so I can't review the supplies. We did hear some noise from downstairs for just a little bit in the morning and at night we heard minor street noise, but it didn't bother us at all. The coffee shop downstairs isn't open on the weekends. I can not imagine that there is a nicer place to stay in Doniphan, none of the motels look as nice as The Loft. I would 100% recommend a stay here."

"Big shoutout! While other hotels got greedy and vastly increased their rates for the eclipse, this hotel honored the rate agreed to when I made my reservation a year in advance. The staff was absolutely superb! They were as friendly as you can get. Loved our stay! "
