The Bartoli Estate is a charming retreat nestled in the countryside, located near Mazzarino in a peaceful and picturesque area of inland Sicily, just a 30-minute drive from the crystal-clear waters of Marina di Butera. Surrounded by a relaxing and authentic landscape, the estate is the ideal choice for those who wish to stay in close contact with nature and animals.

The property offers four accommodation options designed to meet a variety of needs: the Bouganville apartment, perfect for two people, features a double bedroom and a bathroom. The Ulivo and Agave apartments can accommodate up to five people and each feature a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a single sofa bed, as well as two bathrooms. The Scuderia apartment, which also accommodates five guests, features a master bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom, and a cozy private outdoor area with a kitchenette.

All apartments feature an outdoor area with a table and chairs so you can fully enjoy the outdoors. In addition, each unit is equipped with a portable barbecue, while the Scuderia apartment has a built-in, permanent barbecue for exclusive use.

The shared swimming pool, open year-round, is nestled in greenery and surrounded by tranquility; it is available to all guests, and pool towels are included with your stay. A crib for infants is available upon request.
