Hotels met sauna in Mbarara

'I reserved my room and was told that they didn’t have any rooms available on the property upon my checking in. They had me wait for 30 mins to an hour for someone to take me to a different location. When the staff arrived, he didn’t introduce himself and just told me to follow him. As we walked out the gate, I thought they would at least provide transportation. Only for the guy to tell me that we’re walking to this undisclosed location in the night. I cancelled my booking. Very unprofessional!!'

'Lovely location for activities around Mbarara'

'My third time staying here. I come to Uganda for a charity - so on a budget. Also staying by myself. I travel out each week day to work and spend evenings and weekends here. I like the Wagga because of the large garden it. You have a feeling of space. It feels safe. It is quiet at night. The WiFi isn't brilliant but OK. The staff take good care of me. But there can be very noisy weddings at weekends. The restaurant is limited and the coffee lousy. There are no leisure facilities like a pool or...

'DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA Hotel was fine - decent quality for the money. Staff was very helpful. I did so and am in the process of trying to get my money back from Expedia; I...

'Sauna was nice and the rooms were cozy. Breakfast was okay, but outside. '

'Warning - I would like to issue if you wish to book this hotel, which is located at the top of a shopping mall with a nightclub floor below. This means loud music and drunken guests every night 365 days a year until 4am in the morning - making it impossible to fall asleep before the nightclub closes. The hotel has modern rooms. Angela in the hotel reception was professional and services minded. The breakfast could be better, but was ok. If you are a party animal this is the hotel for you. If...

'I suggest that the hotel should improve on the mattresses by getting spring mattresses'

'Very good room (015) Something else is Terrible. The girls that took care of us had no idea of what’s expected of them'
