**A $120 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 11:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
2- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5-This house has a shared driveway, so please be courteous to neighbors and don`t block their driveway.
6- All docks in the neighborhood are PRIVATE.
