THE SPACE

The gourmet kitchen, designed for gathering, features high-end appliances, sleek countertops, and a fully stocked espresso bar for your morning coffee ritual. The large dining table seats 10 guests comfortably, with additional bar seating for 4 at the island—perfect for group meals and game nights.

A cozy loft overlooks the great room and provides an additional lounge area with a large smart TV, puzzles, books, and games for family entertainment. This versatile space is a favorite for kids and adults alike, offering a perfect spot for movie nights or quiet reading.

Upper Level:
- Two King Bedrooms: Both rooms feature king beds, smart TVs, walk-in closets, and mountain views.
- Bunk Room: A custom-designed sleepover haven with two full-size bunk beds, perfect for kids or large groups.
- Additional Living Room: A small nook with a foldout couch and large smart TV, perfect for a little extra privacy for lounging.

Bathrooms:
The home’s 4.5 bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with elegant finishes and modern fixtures, ensuring every guest has a comfortable place to refresh and unwind.

- Smart TVs: Six smart TVs (two 65-inch and four 58-inch) throughout the home for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
- Family-Friendly Features: Travel cribs, high chairs, children’s dishware, books, and toys are provided to make traveling with little ones stress-free.
- Mudroom: Equipped with a heated boot warmer, extra linens, and cozy blankets for chilly mornings after a day on the slopes.
- White Noise Machines: Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine to ensure restful sleep.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the garage, and the outdoor areas. The only locked spaces are an owner’s closet in the pantry and the primary suite for storage, but there is plenty of space throughout the home for your personal belongings.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

- **Security:** A floodlight camera is located above the garage in plain sight and records 24/7 for your safety and the security of the home. Tampering with or disabling the camera is prohibited. If the camera is intentionally disabled, a $100 reactivation fee will be charged, and our property manager will visit the home immediately.
- **Occupancy & Parking:** The home accommodates up to 10 guests and allows up to 4 vehicles, as per McCall city regulations for short-term stays.
- **No Smoking or Vaping:** The home is strictly smoke-free, and violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee.
- **Streaming Services:** Guests will need to log in to their own streaming accounts, as preloaded services are not available for security reasons.
- **Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required:**
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and provide a security deposit in order to receive arrival instructions. The security deposit is $1,000, or you can opt to pay a $50 non-refundable insurance waiver for stays under 10 days. We offer this waiver as an affordable option that provides additional protection for both you and us in the event of accidental damages. This ensures a stress-free stay where you can relax without the worry of unexpected costs.
