'This stay was a total surprise as the hotel was a gem. Great location and rooms and everything worked. The best part of the stay were the staff who were so focused on first class customer service. From the time of check-in to check-out we could not have asked for more. The welcome and conversation were warm and genuine and when we mentioned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary to receive a bottle of wine unexpectedly was just the best. Can't speak highly enough of this property. Well...

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'We arrived late at night and there was no parking spots. This hotel is surrounded by homeless people. Thank goodness the staff let us park by the curb. They do have cameras in the parking lot- but not outside the parking lot. The bedroom was clean, but the bathroom had hair on the floor and mirrors and shower looked sprayed but not wiped down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. '

'I had such an amazing stay at Hotel Indigo! From the moment we arrived, everything was on point. Our room was perfect size for us, super comfortable and cozy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. They also offer valet parking, which was such a nice and convenient touch. I loved that they have a restaurant right there, and the whole setup of the hotel is just so cute and thoughtfully designed. Definitely would stay here again and highly...

'The room was ADORABLE. It was so cute and comfortable. It was so quiet even though it was fully booked. The staff was lovely and so helpful. The building is great. Though Parking is around the corner it’s easy to get to and easy to access. We will return FOR SURE. Highly recommend. '

'The staff are unprofessional and never answer the phone. Zero amenities. No hair dryer, no coffee pot, no microwave.shower curtain stained, sheets stained. Homeless drug user sleeping in parking lot. Lots of local people reside at this hotel.'
