Dirty socks were left under the bed by the previous guest, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, there were blood stains on the pillow, no breakfast or pool this needs to be updated on the website that's the only reason I booked it so the kids could swim Why we stayed, creepy people keep walking back and forth by the door, no towel was in the room it was one rag hanging up look like someone already used it, the fresh ones they did bring was dingy, they were remodeling but I would put my guest in the new model rooms instead of still putting them in the dirty nasty rooms they also need an inspector to go behind housekeeping because if they don't pay them that much they don't care if they do they job right or not I don't think I will stay again

Very close to highway and busy road. Thought it was abandoned at first because there is no sign on building. Kitchen is closed to no breakfast even though advertised. Pool is also filled in with concrete. Check in was good but no one to check me out at 6:30AM and no instructions on how to check out or key card dropbox. Is actually a motel. Room very outdated (peeling paint, lamps broken or don't have lightbulbs). Overall would not stay again especially with so many other nicer properties nearby

The worst hotel I believe in the world. First I arrive at the hotel with my family around 4am assigned a room that had this weird smell, the sheets on the bed were stained and burns on the bed. I complained and was given a new room (the clerk said it was the "newly renovated room") the room smelled much better than the last but the bed looks like someone slept in it. (Gross). I complained again and the clerk said I'll give you two keys to two different rooms..the first looked and smell like the first room the second wasn't even cleaned there were furniture all out of order and the bed no sheets. I left and found the nearest hotel. Side note there was this creppyguy standing outside

Two words: run down. Breakfast bar is under construction - which would have been nice to know when we reserved the room - the room phone was busted, shampoo looked used, front desk staff was unfriendly at check-in, little better when I had to walk down and get towels and more shampoo and soap. Super noisy all night long between hearing other rooms and the highway. And the toilet/tub room was tiny.

The room was neat and clean, but the staff has not been trained on picking up reservations through websites like Expedia. The front desk personnel had no idea how to find my reservation and just kept saying it's not there. We called Expedia and it took over an hour to finally get it resolved to be able to get the room that we reserved. She needs further training on finding reservations through online sites.

We did not like much. For the price, we probably should not have expected more. The place was noisy, the grounds were a mess, the desk staff was dismissive of there not being a breakfast as advertised, the room cabinetry was cheap, there were no chairs, the bed made a booming sound as weight was applied or removed, and the toilet paper was the worst we have ever seen.

I was supposed to be in a smoke free room, but it was smoked in, it stunck so bad, I couldn't sleep. The T.V. had smear strikes on hit. And if you want quit, don't come here. I had a rough night. It didn't help my emphazema, or assma. Left sick.

There was poop on the toilet seat that I had to scrub off, cockroaches in the bathroom, no soap in the bathroom, the hair dryer didn’t work and the shades didn’t really shut the whole way. The staff was very friendly, however!

Disappointed
I had stayed at this hotel previously and found it satisfactory. This time I was very disappointed. There was no soap in the bathroom, had to ask at the front desk and was told the one they gave me was the last one they had. After seeing 3 cockroaches I left. The front desk clerk was polite and helpful though.
