Massanutten Resort is the Mid-Atlantic's premier four season resort destination. This is a great place for family vacation. Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Massanutten offers plenty to see and do both on and off the resort property. It's about two and half hour drive from DC.

UNIT DESCRIPTION (THE SUMMIT):
Top-of-the-line units at Massanutten, Summit units are rated Gold Crown by RCI. Summits were built in the townhouse style and have nice views of the slopes and Mountain Greens Golf Course.

The upper unit is a large and very comfortable, 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo that can easily accommodate your family. Your accommodations include a living room, dining room, 2 baths (a large Whirlpool tub), a deck, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, glasses, and tableware. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies will be furnished. This unit includes master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with two twin beds; living room with pullout sleeper sofa. Maximum occupancy is 6. Private sleeping area sleeps 4. Washer/dryer is located in stairwell between upper and lower units.

The lower unit is the same as the upper unit, except that it has a partial kitchen (same size and features as the full kitchen except that it doesn't have a range). Although the partial kitchen in the lower units at the Summit doesn't have the electric range, it's exactly the same size and layout as the full kitchen in the upper unit, with the same full size refrigerator, microwave and other appliances. Plus, to makeup for the lack of a range, the partial kitchen is also equipped with an electric skillet, electric griddle and a two burner hot plate, so you can cook anything that doesn't require an oven. And the lower unit has a gas grill on the deck, which the upper unit doesn't which is really nice if you like to barbecue.

After we receive your payment, we will fax a key release to the resort authorizing you to check in to our unit.

Massanutten resort requires a guest confirmation be in the name of someone who is 21 years of age or older and present a major credit card at check in.
