'This was an incredible stay for my family and I. Perfect in every way - I highly recommend it!Sammie has considered everything for a relaxing stay at the lake. We had prompt and positive communications with our host. It is charming, quaint, quiet, beautiful, clean and peaceful. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you need. The kayaks are a great addition and so fun to paddle around the bay. The bunkhouse and fire pit are lovely. We will be back! '

'It is an old cabin/house that is a bit run down. Our biggest issue was the super intense musty smell. We were also disappointed with the quality of the bedding and towels (which only 2 were left for our group of 4). It's a really steep price tag for a property like this and I would never use the word serene to describe it. The owners were easy to work with, but we were glad we only had to be there to sleep. 'Wonderful cabin and location! Dave was a fantastic host. Loved having the pontoon boat available. Boat instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Caught bass, perch, bluegill and crappie. Weather was cooler than expected, so fire pit was enjoyed! Check out the Block North Brewery and Restaurant. We considered it a bonus find on our trip. Awesome food, beer and extensive menu. A must do in Aitkin! Highly recommend Sullivan Lake Chalet!'

'We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! '

'We went back and forth about booking due to the reviews and I’m so glad we just went ahead and booked. It’s definitely a good old northern cabin on the lake, outdated, and some spider webs. But, the lake was nice, nice dock, fire pit cozy, beds were comfy and we had a great time! Would definitely rebook if we find ourselves in the area again.'

'We had the best time and loved the cabin! We had everything we needed and more inside & out. The cabin was stocked with things we didn’t even think to bring but they had available for our use. The dock and beautiful sandy bottom of the lake was AMAZING!!!! Great views and awesome yard to hangout in. We would love to comeback in the summer when we are able to enjoy the outdoors a bit more. Very happy with our stay! Thank you! '

'Very easy to check in and out. Communication was great. Having the water toys on site was awesome - saved us from having to bring our own. Nice clean little lake. Loved the golf course being so close. Neighbors were a little closer than we expected based on pictures, but everyone was nice. Cabin size was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids.
