'It was a nice spacious room, and good area. But the door was damaged when we checked in, had two bugs in the bathtub and the corner piece of the wall was falling apart other than those issues, bedroom was clean, breakfast was amazing! and loved the pool hours!'

'Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. 'Great place to stay. Reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable. If you pre-purchase the breakfast don’t have too high expectations. It’s a breakfast buffet similar to what you might receive at another chain hotel. Maybe a little nicer… certainly less crowded.'

I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer!'

'The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. 'This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! My stay was great and if I need to stay in the area again, i will definitely be back. Thank you for a clean and great nights rest. '
