'Hotel is pretty new building, so quite clean...However, breakfast, and coffee service is quite poor I felt. Very few choices than what I see in budget hotel and mostly like a motel. Why would I find such low options like in a motel when you pay higher than motel? Second , coffee supposedly they keep it cold most of the day. when I asked about it I was told to use microwave to heat it? I was quite surprised, didn't expect that. Even in budget hotel they keep coffee hot ... I feel like this...

'Property mgr and staff member were arguing and fighting when I checked in. Drink machine malfunctioning and stole $2.25 from my CC. Property mgr told me he already knew about the broken machine. He allowed the machine to remain in service without any "OUT OF ORDER" sign posted either on the motels front door, or the machine! We argued a few minutes about him letting the public use the machine while malfunctioning. This guy is a REAL TOOL! He's rude, mean,and disrespectful. I had to buy...

'The staff leave you alone. But it is advertised free breakfast and a pool. The free breakfast is coffee and oatmeal and there is no pool.'

I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to".
