'I had to pay €20 for a so called quieter room and it was still to the busy street. No breakfast available and personnel couldn’t inform me about where to get food. Very very tiny fitness room'

'We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

'Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service '

'This was our first stay in Winnipeg, and the hotel was great! The staff was friendly at registration, and the bar tenders were very polite and friendly. The room was clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again. '

'We had a short wait for the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spotless. Breakfast was absolutely amazing- great selection, fresh, really nice staff and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the only drawback- the pool was down for renovations. Since that was a key reason for choosing the Holiday Inn Express it was “a bummer”. In all other areas great place to stay. '
