The only thing I would say(let me preface that this isn’t there fault but it’s good info to have): it’s right around the corner from MetLife but you’re not able to walk. I wish you could as it would be 10x more convenient. '

'Stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and it was great. Location is perfect, bus around the corner that drops you off just a few blocks from Times Square.
The staff was always helpful and provided me with as much coffee as needed.

Er is ook geen echte ontbijtzaal maar een lange hoge tafel waar je met anderen aan zit. Gelukkig mag je ook aan de lage tafels in de lobby ontbijten.
Schoonmaak is heel wisselend afhankelijk van wie er dienst heeft wordt het bed van de slaapbank opgemaakt maar meestal niet en handdoekjes/bodylotion e.d. worden ook niet...

"Modern en schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. Geen eigen restaurant, maar prima koffie en croissants in het bakkerijtje beneden, met terrasje buiten.
Metro en Central Park op 5 minuten lopen. Veel restaurantjes en supermarkt om de hoek. Met de metro in 10 minuten op Times Square.
Upper West is iets rustiger dan down town, dus fijn om even bij te komen van een dag hectisch NYC!"

It’s the perfect base for exploring New York, with major attractions and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the $100 per hour charge for late checkout, which felt a bit steep. That said, we absolutely enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!"
