'We could not sleep because there was a mouse jumping around in the room! Also, we couldn’t change the thermostat temperature in the room as it needed a security code to change it. The host was nice and talked with us the whole time we had our breakfast. The dutch breakfast was simple and unique. '

'No ice. Didn’t clean or refill coffee station. Didn’t make bed or vacuum. Visible drip stains on wallpaper never cleaned. Smelled of cigarettes and marijuana throughout hotel.'

'We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again.'

'It was a nice setting, although I was on the move a lot so didn't have a chance to stay long and enjoy the house more. The house is close to an amazing restaurant called the Molasses Grill in Halifax.'
