'Comfortable, and perfect for my business trip.'

'We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.'

'I have stayed T this hotel frequently, however, over the last few years the maintenance has declined significantly. During my most recent visit I experienced much of the same lack of upkeep with this property. The hand rail in the shower had broken and it was pasted together flimsy. The shower curtain was dingy, as though it had been bleached. The water rose in the bathtub as I was running the shower. The bathroom fixtures are broken. No stoppers in the sink or bathtub. 'The entire property is surface level nice but with seemingly every improvement failing. The elevator would occasionally skip a stop or open the doors between levels. The gym should entirely be replaced as the treadmills stuttered while running, the bikes having loose seats enough where they weren’t usable, and missing many free weights. The tv in the room did not have any usable channels as each channel said it wasn’t available. The bathroom with broken tiles. The elevator with the gold sticker...

'The property was filthy the bedding had burn holes on the comforters the sheets had stain on them the toilet would not flush they didn't clean up the trash cans outside it was dirty I want my money back'
