It is a very nice hotel. I liked that it is located in a nice and safe shopping mall with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing is the breakfast buffet options are limited and boring.

Novotel El Tesoro was very centrally located and has direct access to a great shopping mall. The dining options and the views from all areas are spectacular. The hotel's cleanliness is kept up very well and the hotel staff are nice and curtious. The spa experience was great and they gave me exactly what in asked for at affordable prices. The one thing I have to say is that the pool area is under construction and is being remodeled. Access to the pool is still allowed, but there is also no direct access to a poolside lounge area.

This hotel is attached to a premier shopping Mall. El Tesoro. Lots of high end shopping and good restaurants. It does get a little crowded on weekend nights. The other city landmarks are about a 30 minute cab right through the city and with traffic. Otherwise like most other reviews of Medellin the city is marvelous. The hotel is great

The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return to Novotel Medellín on my next visit. Highly recommended .

Les pedí al hotel una factura digital cuando hacía check out y la recepcionista me contó que se iba a demorar unos 15 minutos en enviármelo pero realmente ya pasaron 3 días sin que haya recibido nada por parte de ellos. El número en la app no está disponible y me están ignorando la demanda totalmente no importa qué urgencia tenga por sacar ese papel. Muy mala atención!!!

Realizando el respectivo seguimiento hemos evidenciado lo siguiente:1) nuestro hotel emitió la factura corresponidente a Expedia.com (medio por el cual se realizo la reserva y por el cual ingreso a nuestro sistema) el dia de su check out 12 de marzo de 2024.2) Nuestro gerente de turno le solicitó un correo electronico por el chat en linea de expedia.com el dia 13 de marzo 3) el dia 14 de marzo recibimos la información por su parte del correo electronico donde deseaba le realizaramos la factura, este mismo dia se procede a compartir el documento respectivo.Continuamos muy atentos a sus importantes comentarios.

The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The stunning views of the city from my room added an extra touch of delight to my experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the stellar service provided by Supervisor Juan and his team. Juan’s attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests shone through in every interaction.
