Firstly, the air conditioning system is only 2 years old and works very well. Medford has been very hot the last 3-4 weeks, including many days in the 100s. We have never had any complaints about the house's air conditioning. . Second, we regularly get told the house is very clean. we had been there several days before this group checked in and I had personally checked every cupboard in the kitchen and dishes and other items in the kitchen were clean. We had someone stay the day before they came, so we know all the dishes could not have been dirty, and the only way they would be dirty at all is if the previous guess put away dirty dishes, which I think is highly unlikely. There are blue glass dishes that have scratches on them, so she might have thought that meant they were dirty and the housekeeper may have missed cleaning the coffee pot. There are no spider webs inside the house. There are some spider webs outside. We pay someone to spray regularly. The furniture is not dirty, however, 2 chairs have some stains, but nothing else in the house does. She states she cleaned up after her dogs, but our yard service stated there was poop all over. The housekeeper stated they had to do extra cleaning, including washing all the comforts on the bed after this stay due to all the dog hair, so instead of $200 for cleaning the house, is was $300. The dog fee was not paid for your 2 dogs. After I asked that she pay the pet fee, for the extra cleaning needed for the dogs, she decide so write this review.
