'That staff is very friendly and very accommodating. Working as a travel nurse they were very helpful in getting me set up and a room each and every time I needed a room the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel 100 times over, very well managed!'

'Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. '

'Longtime staffers Beth + Amanda genuinely happy + helpful, a real blessing for work travellers. Old, well maintained hotel, peaceful, two 18-wheel, very tight curb parking. Bowling alley/pub grub next door. Great place, quiet. Shhh, don't tell anyone, keep this our little secret.'

'For a small town hotel it was great'

'My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.'

'Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price'

'The rooms were very clean ad the bed comfortable. The towels were not a great quality which made them scratchy. Amenities in the room ok. Common areas, other than the breakfast room, were not air conditioned. As it was very hot outside made walking in the hallway uncomfortable. The outside of the building and grounds needed work. Most disappointing was the pool. It was closed for maintenance. Didn't seem to be scheduled. And although we were told on check in it would be one or two days we...

'We love this hotel and stay here every year on our trek from Maryland to Manitoba. It is always clean, always comfortable, always smells good. My kids talk about it all year- are we going to stay at our favorite hotel? After a long day of driving, it feels like coming home. We all relax immediately. There’s always ample parking, the neighborhood feels safe and calm, and you can walk to chipotle. There’s a gas station right there too, so you don’t have to drive all over to get what you need...

'I've stayed here before. Bed is comfortable. Staff was helpful and professional. Kitchen in the room is great. My only complaint is that when I would hang the do not disturb sign. It would be taken off somtime in the afternoon. And I would have to ask for another. A Minor annoyance otherwise a great place to stay.'
