'The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly. Close to airport. Free parking. Rooms are big, clean and beds comfortable. Considering that many hotels in nyc have been used as shelters, i was hesitant to stay, but a friend referred me to this hotel and i wasn't disappointed. I will be back.'

Rooms are nice, enough room and clean.
Hotel 10 min walk (or less) to Sutphin Blvd-Archer Av-JFK Airport with a direct connection to Manhattan. Deli's and grocery stores are around the corner.
The young man and lady at the reception were very helpful patient and polite.
After a certain time area a bit sketchy but i will mos def book the same hotel for my next trip to NYC'

Stayed the night before my flight and everything went well. They were able to accommodate a family of 6 on the shuttle for the airport which helped ease my preflight anxiety.'

'We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always...

'Near from Flushing station. Ideal if you go to concert or a game in Cifi Field or events in Queens. This is a chinesse area, so every food is asian. I order korean food and was good. The front desk service was good, the room was so nice.

Alleen als je aan de voorkant slaapt, hoor je de metro voorbijkomen.
En wij hadden 4 avonden last van de bar onder het hotel qua geluid."

De ontbijtruimte is te klein voor het aantal gasten. Na het ontbijt lange rijen bij de lift..

"Net en nieuw hotel. Mooie ruime kamers. Verschillende metro haltes dichtbij. Ondanks dat het een hotel is zonder receptie toch hele dag medewerkers aanwezig. "

The only thing about the area if you walk to and from the nearest metro station you have to go through a projects neigborhood. Where lot of people who live there specially in the evening are smoking weed, hanging arround. They dont bother you if you just mind your business. But i think if you are a woman alone it could feel unsave. "

Rooftop has a great view, but first you need to get thru the “I do this for so long, we don’t need guests, leave your camera in your room” door persoon. They include tip even on drinks at the bar… new for me in NYC.
My room was on the 11th floor and was happy that at 3 AM finally the rooftop bar turned of the music."
