'Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect.
