'I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different.
Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel...

'I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the decor was fresh and vibrant. There was plenty of seating in the lobby for visiting. There was even a pool table for entertainment. They have quiet hours …huge plus!
The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good.

'Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.'
