'The staff were friendly, but other than that this property was a complete mess. There were no towels in the room, so we had to ask for some. There was incessant noise - hammering, drilling, and other maintenance sounds - throughout the day so it wasn't relaxing. The room service didn't have 80% of the food available. 'Mooi hotel, goede schoonmaakservice, dagelijks droge handdoeken, ontstekend ontbijt met variatie vooral de service van verse eieren die klaar worden gemaakt zoals je wilt, door een leuke jonge man: Anas. Bed is van goede kwaliteit net zoals de wifi. Locatie is uitstekend. Negatieve aspecten: erg gehorige kamers, het personeel is vriendelijk maar je moet wel zelf eerst lachen, voordat je een goededag of lach terugkrijgt. Ik vond ze afstandelijk en koud, ik miste de warmte en klantvriendelijkheid...
