The villa is at Cape Kamenjak, the southernmost tip of the peninsula, 300 metres from the centre and 150 metres from the sea. Just listen to the sounds of the waves and the birds.The pool (8 x 4m) in the outdoor area has a sea view on all sides. It is 15km to the airport. Due to its location the house is not far from the sea, the town center, restaurants and bars. Possible activities include kayaking, boat tours, surfing, kite surfing, jet ski, paragliding, playing tennis or cycling. Several
