Villa Simona is located in the heart of Medulin, only 500 meters from the sea. It is surrounded by a well-kept green garden, ideal for relaxing in the afternoon and socializing with friends or family. The villa has 2 bedrooms, is designed for 4 people, and will gladly accommodate pets.



The interior of the villa is 60 m² and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. In the fully equipped modern kitchen you'll have all the appliances you need to prepare food and coffee: oven, hob, stove, toaster, coffee maker... Next to the kitchen is the dining room where you can enjoy prepared meals, and next to it is a relaxation area with a TV.



The villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom in the villa that is shared by all guests. It is equipped with a shower cabin and is also supplied with towels and toiletries.



After you have cooked, rested and enjoyed the interior of the villa, head out into the courtyard where you will find a small oasis of relaxation with deck chairs. Whether you like the shade or prefer the sun, there is something for everyone. If you are vacationing with children, there will be plenty of space for them to play and run around, and the same goes for your four-legged friend. If you are a barbecue type, that is also provided.
