'Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. La stanza aveva l’accesso al terrazzino dove potevamo fare colazione e a volte la cena con vista mozzafiato su mare e colline, stupendo!, Le...

'Ett otroligt charmigt boende i gammal grekisk miljö i en av alla små smala gränder. Trevligt bemötande och rent o fint. Låt dej inte luras av att det endast är 2 *. Vårt femte boende på Skiathos o Skopelos men absolut charmigaste o vi återvänder gärna. '

'Zeer goed hotel, rustig gelegen op 10 minuten loopafstand van het centrum. Enkel voor 18 plussers. Goed restaurant om te dineren. Zeker voor Griekse begrippen. Wij kregen een gratis up grade van de kamer omdat deze beschikbaar was. Vooral Britse gasten. Echter zeer beleefd en vriendelijk. Personeel was top.'

'Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall...

'From the moment we were met at the airport we were treated so well. A lovely warm welcome at the hotel reception. Our room Was superb - immaculately clean. Lovely sea view. Extremely comfortable bed. Excellent shower with nice toiletries provided. A nespresso coffee machine was great too. All the staff we met were so polite and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot food as well as deliciously fresh sliced fruits. We loved it so much we’ve changed our plans...

'The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special.'

'Tutto perfetto. In zona tranquilla lontano dal caos del centro ma vicino e raggiungibile anche dall’aeroporto. Bella piscina, camere con vista bellissima. E piccola spiaggia riservata in una lingua di sabbia a circa 300 mt raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione ottima. '

'This was a beautiful quiet hotel and it was a perfect location in Skiathos as you could walk to the town and beach! The staff were extremely friendly and made our stay and always happy to help. Special shout out to the receptionists, Alice and Betty! There are two little dogs outside the hotel who are owned by the building and they are so sweet and I loved seeing them every day, I could have taken them home with me! Be sure to take them a little treat in the morning ❤️'
