'Staff was hands down the most kind we encountered! Very helpful and willing to answer questions. Rooms were well equipped and breakfast was included. This place was amazing. 5 min walk to trains and staff gave you a city pass to utilize during your stay. Room was cozy and clean. Loved the meringue cookies in the room! Great location.'

'Hotel was just a5 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, which made travel from Zurich very nice. The area is busy during the day, but at night was so quiet. The rooms were clean and well-stocked with teas and coffees along with nice bathroom amenities. Everyone on staff was very welcoming and helpful. '
