'The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which was a definite plus. However, we found the information about the 24-hour shuttle service somewhat confusing. The property states that a 24-hour shuttle service is available, but it actually needs to be booked in advance. Since the hotel is not far from the airport, we ultimately decided to arrange our own transportation rather than booking the shuttle through the hotel.

'Chambre très spacieuse, décoré avec soin et le Riad dispose d’un superbe jardin où il fait bon revenir après quelques heures dans la médina. Très bien situé pour tout visiter à pied, nourriture excellente et le personnel est super amical et aux petits soins pour que notre séjour soit mémorable.'

I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it.
There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this).
The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :)
Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :(
