'I have been in many Hyatt hotels but this one in Phnom Penh is by far the nicest! Super friendly staff. Especially the manager Ratha. It has this personal vibe which exceeds over all the other Hyatts. Already the way of checking in is very nice. Great room, nice roof top bar with beautiful view over the city. Nice neighborhood. Definitely will come back when traveling to Cambodia '

'Staff were amazing, security guard outside at all times and felt very safe in the area. Served good coffee and good food. Convenient for both the city centre and airport. Not a typically tourist area, so will need a tuk tuk or other transport to get around. Hotel can offer airport pick up, and a car for day trips for reasonable prices. '

'The only concern I have is that I am a vegetarian and was trying to ask morning breakfast staff about that and they couldn’t understand me and Google translate didn’t even have english to Cambodian. Also gym was opening at 10 am and I wanted to get my workout done in the morning like 8 am before breakfast :( and no water in the gym unless you bring it from your room. 'Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it.'
