Thanks Angela, for coming to our place and staying with us. I typically don't dispute my reviews, however in this case I have to respond for my future guest. First of all, I need to let my future guest know that before and after you we had stayed we had back-to-back booking, however no one ever complains about pest issues. Every responsible beach house owner maintains a pest control company on their payroll round the year, and the pest control service you have mentioned, it was not related to pest issue, it was routine maintenance. The pest control company reported back to me after the service as usual. They mentioned to me that they have found a few roaches in the sink area (up stair kitchen) which are not native to Florida, however the pest company treated them so that it will not spread. You complained about the roach the next day, and I send my pest control company right away to take care of the issue as we always do for every service in this house. The technician walked with you to every bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchens and couldn't find a single roach anywhere or any sign of infestation. He mentioned he pulled the fridge and looked behind to see if there is anything but no sign. Still the tech put the bait to satisfy you guys. Not only that the day you guys left, they came to fog the whole house to see if there really is any roach and they told us if there is any roach anywhere in the house after four hours of fog treatment you will find them dead. They did not find a single dead roach anywhere. I also have to mention that from the 1st conversation you were asking for partial refund instead of solving the problem you have in the house. This is an almost 5000 sq ft beautiful house on the beach, I really want my guests to enjoy the house and its beauty, quality and tranquility not a discounted price.

Ron thanks for the review. I would like to clear a couple of points you have made in your review. As soon as you have reported the toilet tank dripping the water, I send the plumber in less than 24 hours to fix the issue. The shower did not have any issue except you did not know how to turn on the hot water. I send the plumber 2nd time to show you how to turn on the hot water. In fact, you send me a text about the shower working right after the plumber left. If you had told me about the light needed to be replaced I would have taken care of it. This is almost 5000sq ft. 6 bed 5 bath house on the beach. Typically we have back-to-back guests staying with us, unless guests report an issue we wouldn’t know it unless it is a major issue. We always try our best to give the best experience to all of our guests.
