'The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

'We loved our stay at "Beaches" in Sorrento.. House had everything we needed and it was only a very short stroll to the shops and cafes. The only one recommendation would be to change the house number in the checkin info. It does't match the sign at the front which was a bit confusing, especially in the dark.. Otherwise gorgeous lil place.. Thankyou so much for having us Cheryl! xo'

'Our group had a fabulous stay here. The host was great at communicating and also let us do a early check-in and late check out. The house is spacious with various spaces to enjoy indoors and outdoors. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern, everything was great. So close to shops and the beach too. 10/10 would love to stay here again.'

'In the main part it was clean enough although the bedding and pillows were poor quality and stained. The back house/bungalow was very dirty. Hair and dirt on the floor, walls were brown with dirt. The bunk bed handles were brown with dirt too. There was no toilet paper provided (a half used old roll was all that was provided) cob webs everywhere. The bedding here was also very poor and didn’t seem that they had been washed. Pillows stained too. The back house definitely needs more attention....

'Home was comfortable, made so with the dishwasher, good reverse cycle heating and smart tv, however the wooden steps at front and side had no hand rails and with the foggy mornings the steps were very slippery. Very easy to fall and fracture a hip from side steps onto concrete drive if elderly, like we both are.'
