You're renting our two guest apartments on ground level right beside each other at this grand Estate. You will have two private outside entrances on the lower level. Apt. 1 on lower level has two bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen along with dining/living rooms. Apt. 2 on lower level will has one bedroom, bathroom, full smaller kitchen along with dining/living rooms. There is no inside connection between rentals.

Our Estate is on the intercoastal waterway and features 1.2 acres of grounds lined with lush tropical coconut palm trees and landscaping. Located on U.S. 1 it provides quick and easy access. At the back of property is inter-coastal waterway also known as Indian/Banana river provides breathless water views and sun rises. Covered deck all around house. Several outside dining tables with chairs spread around backyard. Numerous chaise lounge chairs throughout backyard, heated pool and deck area - lie back and enjoy the view, read a book or just relax. Plenty of parking and places to explore on the property.

With two separate rentals it's Ideal for multiple families or multi-generational families.

Fish off the dock or just sit back and watch dolphins, manatees and fish from dock side. Just lounge around and enjoy pool and views of the water and boaters.

Beaches with free parking within 5 minutes, just drive across Pineda Causeway and turn onto A1A, either go north (left) and you have Pineda Beach Park or go south (right) and you’ll have beautiful beaches with free parking every mile or two starting with Hightower Beach Park. Bring your fishing gear for world class fishing off the pier at Sebastian inlet 30 minutes away. If golfs your game, there are numerous golf courses within 5 to 10 minutes.

The Estate is centrally located, about 55 minutes away from Disney, spend the day at Disney then come home to enjoy a nice evening pool side, watch boats and sea life with refreshing breezes coming off the water. Cocoa Beach 10 minutes and Cape Canaveral 20 minutes away. Get the launch schedule and watch rocket launches from back yard.

Many restaurants, including Grills Riverside Seafood Deck & Tiki Bar just 100 yards from PPE on US1 where you can enjoy some great water front dining. Choice of casual, fine dining and fast food along Wickham Rd. just minutes away or head towards the 192 for dozens of restaurants, everything from steak houses to sushi.

Shop for all your essentials and groceries at Walmart, Target, Publix, Winn-Dixie, Lowes and Home Depot all about 5 to 10 minutes away on Wickham Rd. and Highway A1A. Melbourne Square Mall is a ten minutes head south on U.S. 1, turn right (west) on 192 (also known as West New Haven Ave.) it will lead you right to Melbourne Square Mall and dozens of dining choices along the way. The Avenue Viera Mall is also located about 10 minutes away.
