Ons huis "Sweetpalm" is ruim en comfortabel met een groot afgeschermd in verwarmd zwembad op een hectare in een landelijke omgeving. We zijn een uur van de poorten van Disney en ongeveer zeventien minuten naar de stranden. Dicht bij golf, restaurants, winkels en allerlei soorten eco-avonturen.

Houd de kleintjes, de groten en de viervoeters tevreden! Maak eenvoudig heerlijke maaltijden klaar in de volledig uitgeruste gastronomische keuken. De kinderen vermaken zich in het zwembad of spelen een potje badminton of bonensmijt. De jongens zullen dol zijn op de pelletgrill in de tiki-bar en de vuurplaats in de achtertuin, en maken zich geen zorgen over de huisdieren in de enorme omheinde achtertuin.

Sweetpalm heeft een indeling met een gedeelde slaapkamer met een open woon- en eetkamer, een open haard, een speelhoek, comfortabele bedden, smart-tv's en gerenoveerde badkamers. Sweetpalm slaapt comfortabel zes met een koning in de master suite, een koningin en twee tweelingen. Sweetpalm wordt professioneel schoongemaakt en we bieden naadloos inchecken.

This is my second time staying here and again I am so happy with Paula’s hospitality. Their house is spotless and makes me feel at home. I love how she greets you with a goodie bag with good snacks and coffee and a take me home bag. They’re such great hosts and I highly recommend their home. Any questions you may have she responds so fast as well. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back.

Family vacation for USSSA tournament

Well equipped house that was comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, the birds around the yard, and cooking meals together in the fantastic kitchen. It was a great stay, about 20 minutes to the ball fields. The hosts had great recommendations on local resources and we enjoyed an airboat tour, bioluminescent rafting, and a day at the Sebastian Inlet swimming with Manantees. It was a great Florida experience!

Exceeded Expectations

Where do I begin? The sweetpalm exceeded our expectations. We came down for our son’s 1st birthday and the location was perfect being right off of 95. This home reminded us of our own. It was clean, and plenty of space for our son to use his walker around the house and have his playpen set up. The pool and tiki area is absolutely beautiful and the yard is huge if you have furbabies. The hosts Paula and Tom were top notch. If I had any questions they were there to help even though I rarely had questions since they have everything in detail in their welcome book which was perfectly done. They even left an adorable welcome package for us when we checked in. If you’re wondering if you should book the sweetpalm, don’t hesitate because this is the nicest house in the area. It’s clean and hosts are as sweet as they come. We will definitely be back since we have Family here. They make you feel right at home. We even loved that they had a tv in the kitchen so when we did family breakfast we could watch tv as we cooked. Speaking of cooking they have everything you could possibly need to make cook breakfast and dinner. 5 stars!! I would give more if I could. Thank you Paula and Tom we appreciate you opening up your home to us, we will definitely be back

Awesome property with an amazing host. Also a great private pool!

My wife, daughter, and my self were in town for a softball tournament up at the USSSA Space Coast Complex. This was our 2nd year coming to the tournament. Last year, the worst part of the trip was the property we stayed at. This year, the property was probably the best part of the trip! The house was super cute! And the outdoor area in the back yard, was awesome! Playing softball all day in the FL heat and humidity, then coming back to swim in the private pool, its the only way to go! House had everything we needed for the week, minus some personal items we specifically wanted/needed. Home was very clean. The hosts were just as great as the property. Super fast to respond before and during the stay. Very accommodating on anything we reached out on. This was by far our best VRBO experience yet. Both the host and the property were A+. Highly recommend and if we get invited back for more softball next year, we will most likely try and grab this place up again!

Family Relaxation and Catch up.

SweetPalm is a fabulous property that offered my family a place to reunite and relax with our Oldest son and his family that lives in Melbourne. The layout of the home is terrific to entertain with the great pool and Tiki bar setup. The 8 local grandkids visited daily with our youngest Son and our youngest granddaughter and of course Nana and Opa! 10 stars beautiful home and yard!

We had the best week! We stayed with our 3 children 16,14 and 11 and they all enjoyed the pool and we all loved sitting out at the tiki bar. Our dog felt right at home and love the large yard to chase geckos. We will definitely be back and for longer next time. The host was so friendly and accommodating and checked in throughout the week to make sure everything was good.

Wonderful Vacation

Our time here was fabulous! Paula was amazing at making us feel welcomed! My kids absolutely loved the pool and the tiki hut!! It was wonderful! Perfect Spot for a Family Retreat

This property was perfect for our multi-generational stay, with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together and have privacy. Our kids loved the pool area, and having the outdoor kitchen was so convenient. Everything in the house is well stocked, and the owners were so helpful in answering any questions and making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location was close enough to major attractions, but the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to stay again in the future!

Oasis in Melbourne

My wife and I stayed here for the entire month of March. We found this property to be very well stocked with all the essentials and so much more. It is located in an older, yet well kept and quiet neighborhood... within minutes of lots of shopping. The area beaches are less than 30 minutes away and are very nice and uncrowded. We found the house to be very relaxing and spent hours outside enjoying the pool and tiki bar area. The owners are very gracious and excellent communicators and were quick to respond any time we had questions. The large yard is very nice and promotes lots of privacy from surrounding houses. The kitchen is very well stocked and we loved cooking indoors and outside at the tiki bar area. We really enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Tiki Treasure!

My husband and I and our 2 adult daughters stayed here for a week while moving our daughter into her college dorm nearby. The house is stocked with everything you could ask for, and is beautiful and comfortable. The tiki area outside is a fun bonus, along with a fire pit and screened in pool area. Communication with owners was great, there is a welcome book that has ALL of the info you need, and we had a fantastic time. We brought our own board games but there were plenty there as well, and the "kids" had a blast with the trunk full of costumes and funny hats. A couple of very very slight negatives are that you don't have access to the closet in the master to hang clothes, but there are hooks on the front of the doors to hang things. Also, there is a skylight in the master bathroom area that spills into the bedroom. If early light wakes you easily, I would bring a sleep mask. Will certainly stay here again! PS. Dont forget to buy fresh eggs from the neighbor! :chefs kiss:

Florida Beach Trip

The house and pool were lovely. Paula was quick to respond to one minor issue we had with the smoke alarm. Paula goes above and beyond to make sure the kitchen is stocked with spices and everything you could need form kitchen essentials to cookware for any imaginable need. The tiki bar and pool set up is wonderful. This was our second stay :)

Fabulous Stay

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! We had a wonderful stay. This home is fully equipped with all the comforts. The kitchen is amazing, and has every gadget, utensil, food prep, dining ware, and cookware you could ever want! The beds are so comfy. The pool is refreshing. The tiki bar was a favorite gathering spot. Paula made sure we were happy with everything and wanted for nothing! If you’re visiting the Melbourne area, you can’t go wrong with this home!

This is our second stay at Sweetpalm. We had such a wonderful time. The updates to the home are just right. The hosts are wonderful and there if you have any questions. Everything is well maintained.
