The villa is on three levels, is surrounded by greenery and is independent.
Accessories are air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven, parking space. Pets are allowed.

Beach is a villa with swimming pool located in a residential complex,
it has a beautiful garden as a backdrop and a lovely shaded veranda,
furnished for relaxation, outdoor dining and dining.
The interior of the villa is on 3 levels: ground floor, second floor and tavern in the basement.
The entrance to Villa Beach is on the ground floor, in the furnished living room with dining room and 1 ready sofa bed, ceiling blades and TV. On this floor, in addition to the kitchenette, there is 1 full shower room.
On the second floor, an air-conditioned hallway introduces the bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with French bed, both with access to balcony. The second floor is completed by 1 shower room.
Finally, on the basement floor there is 1 triple room with single beds.

from the center. The beautiful vacation home is located in a residential
area within walking distance from the sea.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
