Vacation villa sleeps 8 for rent in San Foca, marina di Melendugno. The small villa with large garden, equipped outdoor spaces and parking inside the property is located less than 1 km from the sea.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine,
iron and ironing board, electric oven, mosquito nets on the windows,
hair dryer and TV. In the garden there is an outdoor shower, barbecue, swings, and parking space. Pets allowed.

ornamental flower beds. The garden for exclusive use allows for multiple
car parking.
On both the front and the back of the vacation home there are porches equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing in comfort.
The entrance to Villetta B of Le Largure is a large living room furnished with table and chairs, 1 double sofa bed and TV. Next to it is the well-equipped kitchenette.
From the hallway, where there is air conditioning, you go to the sleeping area consisting of 3 bedrooms of which 2 doubles and 1 twin with bunk beds. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

Le Largure are located in San Foca, in a quiet area where there are
also other cottages. The sea, promenade, beaches and tower are just 1 km
away .
San
Foca is one of Melendugno`s most vibrant marinas, award-winning for its
accessible beaches, services, crystal clear sea and clean sand. 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1 - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare ).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
