Once the keys have been handed over, out of respect for the guest, staff will not enter the apartment. All services are provided for the guest’s convenience. Thank you.<br>. For other needs, please request them during or before your stay.<br>The area is quiet and offers ample free parking nearby, including spots close to or directly below the apartment. <br>Tips and Activities: <br><br>- Spend a day in nearby Otranto and explore its unique charm.<br>- Visit the countless festivals in the neighboring towns and experience the popular Salento “Pizzica” dance,<br>- Sample local wines,<br>- Visit beautiful Lecce and soak up its atmosphere,<br>- Explore the old and new towns of Gallipoli with its beautiful sea, harbor, and tasting opportunities.<br>The price does not include the 100-euro security deposit, which must be paid directly upon check-in. It will be refunded after check-out unless damage has been caused to the property. If damage is found, the deposit will not be refunded. <br><br>Check-in begins at 3:00 PM; if you will arrive later, please notify us in advance upon request. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.<br><br>Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the outdoor balconies.<br>Pets are not allowed. <br><br>No parties allowed. / Please be considerate of the neighbors.<br><br>There is no washing machine due to a breakdown; however, you may use an outdoor sink to wash your clothes and hang them to dry on the balcony.<br>There is public parking nearby (not private) or directly below the apartment.
