'We stayed here for our wedding weekend with our groomsmen and friends. The property was beautiful and the game room/bar/theater was fun to hang out in. Sitting on the porch in the morning with coffee was relaxing. We were too late in the year but I love that you could use the dock and bring your own boat. '

'Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. '

'The cabin is very spacious, very clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy with lots of warm blankets, the bathroom well stocked with towels and toiletries, and the location is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, especially having morning coffee in the Adirondack chair in front of the cabin, listening to the morning birdsong.'

'Amazing little cottage in the lake! Just as described in the listing. The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. The area was calm and peaceful just like we wanted, but any activities weren’t that far away to drive. The boat rental place was just down the road which was also convenient for fishing. Amazing sunset views and the hosts little attention to detail made for a relaxing, stress free stay. Would definitely book again! '

'The outdoor area has everything you need to gather and cook out along with three different fire pits. Everything was very clean and everything we looked for and needed was there. The master bedroom was amazingly large and the laundry room was attached along with the bathroom that was massive! 'This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway with two couples, two dogs, and an infant! Plenty of space inside, clean, and comfortable. The deck is particularly special! We made good use of the fire pit as well. It's location is fantastic: right on the lake, 30-ish minutes from Ithaca, and close to some amazing hikes, wineries, breweries, cider houses, etc. The owners provided excellent information and were very communicative. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it...

'Great cottage near the southern tip of Otisco lake, it's a little south of the causeway that divides the lake so there are generally calmer waters. We had some problems with bees the first night or two, but once we figured out where they were coming from, the owners were very responsive and got an exterminator out right away. Turns out the buggers were actually in the wall, behind the siding, but they were taken care of. Overall a great place that was just right for 5 of us. One thing to note is...

I would agree with a former commenter that a small microwave on the room would be helpful but lack thereof did not detract from our time. The setting is beautiful and the restaurant on site was also great! 'I couldn't get over how stunning this property was. Absolutely beautiful. The place was also immaculate. There was a/c in every room, which was very nice. And the bathroom!! Wow, the tub was WONDERFUL. I decided I had to try it so I began filling it up. I walked away to get my things ready & thought there's no way the water is going to stay hot throughout. 'Came here for a week long getaway and could not be happier with the stay overall. The only two things that were mild inconveniences was that the thermostat on the hot tub seemed to be inaccurate making the hot tub hotter than it said it was and the mattresses on the beds were a little firmer than we liked. Other than that it was great and there was plenty to do at the house for rainy days when we didn't feel like doing much. I would definitely stay again!'
