'Loved our stay last week. Whenever we need to stay in Shrewsbury, We always check availability here first. We only had a standard room, but we had everything we needed including sheets (on this site it says the sheets aren't supplied, THEY ARE) refreshments etc. They don't do breakfast, but there was a really nice cafe across the road, the avocado bowl was amazing 😋'

'Room was clean, lots of parking. There are signs of aging carpets and door locks,'

'Crazy tight parking, witnessed one lady crawling through the hatch to get to the driving seat to get her car out. Short staffed, service was slow at the restaurant, took 45 minutes to get a drink, and no they were not busy just untrained people. Young Chef at breakfast had a bad attitude, slamming down dishes and cutlery, completely put me and family off of breakfast. Good location for walking the town of Shrewsbury, and the bus station is next door, so you don't have to unwedge your car from...

'Absolutely horrible !!! Staff were horrible and the owner was cursing at me and never got the keys to my cabin even after it being paid and money taken out my account !! Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!! Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!!'
