'This is a very modest hotel providing triple excellent service. I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. Eventually I was given keys to the room and settled into my stay. It is located pretty central to most vital iconic landmarks including Museums, restaurants and supermarkets. The airconditioned room allocated was small but very clean. Buffet Breakfast...

'Great room and excellent lunch and dinner. I have been staying at the hotel many times over past years. Always enjoyed. It is not a 5* Interconti or Marriott, but you also do not pay such prices. '

'Great building, great rooms, great seaview from the top (small pool and bar). Staff (managers included) dissapointed me.... with every coffee and every meal again we had problems with the bills ("put it on my room" does not work that easily) because of their system... incredible for a hotel where you have prepaid your room for at least 300US$ a night. the taxi ordered at reception didn't come (and the reception staff didn't see that as much as their problem) .'

'le check in c’est plutôt bien passé parcontre le check out a été très compliqué malgré le faite d’avoir déjà tout réglé en avance. le réceptionniste n’arrivait pas à avoir que j’avais déjà réglé en avance, du coup j’ai même dû lui fournir plusieurs preuves.'

'O quarto é bem grande, estava limpo e organizado, comi um misto no restaurante que é uma delícia. Café da manhã é simples, mas estava gostoso, poderia ter opções de frutas. Acredito que seria ideal o hotel fazer o transfer dos clientes do aeroporto até o hotel e cobrar um pequeno custo do cliente. Infelizmente, apesar de ser um km de distância do aeroporto não tem como ir a pé. É perigoso. '
