Country Living in the City, Relax !!

Onze ruime, ruime 2 BR 1 BA Brick Home is gelegen op een 1/2 hectare veel op een geweldige veilige locatie 15 minuten naar overal in de stad. Het heeft vier full size bedden. Twee bedden in elke slaapkamer. Het is geschikt voor maximaal acht personen als 2 personen slapen in een bed. Het is op loopafstand van Shelby Farms Park en de Green Line fiets / wandelpad. Ons huis heeft een grote, volledig uitgeruste keuken met een complete set potten en pan, bakeware, blender, handmixer, gerechten - alles wat je nodig hebt om een ​​lekkere maaltijd te koken. Ons huis heeft een wijnkoeler, ontbijtbar, wasmachine / droger, strijkijzer en strijkijzer.

Het huis is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen als 2 personen slapen per bed. Houd er rekening mee dat er slechts 1 badkamer is als u ervoor kiest om 8 personen te boeken.

1. The bathroom has no fan and the window can't be open.2. There is not enough lighting in the living room and dining areas. I can't see what I'm eating!3. The walking area in the kitchen is very narrow. When I'm cooking at the stove, my husband cannot walk behind me to get to the microwave or to get anything from the cabinets4. Lots of dusts!

Upon arriving the owners of the property stay in the back. Going in dust and feeling of something on my skin crawling made me uncomfortable and mention it whether it’s dust mites or bugs I was threatening with lawsuit for slander. I left after the night because I paid for two nights. Front door had a lock pole so you enter only in the back. Very old fashion and strong cleaning order from moth balls and some other smell.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Nice, clean, soft sheets, and comfy beds. Welcoming hosts that are very thoughtful with their provisions. It is like you truly are guests in their home. Their description is very honest. We visit Memphis at least 3 times per year. We are pretty familiar with Memphis. We have stayed in hotels all over the city. (Some of them only once). If it's available, we wouldn't hesitate booking another stay here.

I stay here when I come to Memphis on business. John and Pamela are excellent hosts, never any issues. I only gave the neighborhood a 4 rating becaue of the surrounding areas. Their street is safe and quiet.and I've had no issues the past 3 years. I hate giving a high rating because I want it available when I travel there, but the truth is what it is.

Weekend stay

The outside looks a little rough, some debris from a fallen tree limb, the roof looks really old. But the inside was clean, the air conditioner worked very well. If you are expecting plush accommodations, find a different place. But if you want a nice secure clean place, this one hits all the marks. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. John was nice and had breakfast items available for us as well. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do.

Nice little house close to I40 which made it easy to get to area attractions quickly. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the parking was off street and behind the home. We never felt unsafe. The host was responsive to text messages. John greeted us upon arrival and gave us the tour. Super friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying that Mr. Christmas is as down to earth as you can get, he is very personable and loves a good conversation. The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip to Tennessee, and hoping to be able to rent this property again.. Mr. Christmas is a wonderful host

What a wonderful Memphis house

This house is fantastic. Owner has everything you need for a perfect stay. Loved the fact there was a crockpot and Keurig. The beds were very comfortable. Great place to come and go

We visited town for 5 days with our family of 7 and needed a place to call home base. This was perfect. The kids ran around in the yard when we were coming and going, we had enough space to have family movie night and we had plenty of dining seats for the one night we ordered in food. Easy on/off to I40 which made getting around town super easy. Clean, well stocked with the basics, and perfect for a weeks stay.
