Fantastic facility! Wonderful breakfast and super nice staff. No issues. We went for walks at night and I went alone in the morning--completely safe. Lots of shopping options and restaurants nearby. One downfall is that pool is outside and was not open. No hot tub:( Room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the wall in the shower. Our body wash was empty, but we easily substituted with shampoo. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area!

Property was attractive, clean, in a nice area, and quiet. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, bathroom and shower were spacious with great shower pressure. We will definitely stay here again.

The room smelled like some kind of dog was in there, the pool was outdoors/closed. Everything else was good. It’s better than other hotels in Collierville by a lot.

Very nice stay and easily the best hotel in Collierville. The pool is outside and closed, and one of our rooms still smells like someone had a dog in there for a while. Still, we would return here.

When I arrived, the attendant was friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I noticed later that as a different front desk attendant was checking in a customer, she was just as happy and friendly as the lady who checked me in. The breakfast was good with eggs, turkey sausage, Canadian bacon, etc. The only real negative was that I could hear noise from the hall and from my neighbors when I was in my room. Happily, I did not have noisy neighbors.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The hotel is fine: clean, comfy, decent breakfast, all the stuff you want in a hotel. The 6th star would be how helpful the staff was. Several of my friends and I were in a wedding and they selected a less than stellar hotel in town. I went down to the lobby and asked if I could reserve two more rooms for my friends and within 30 minutes we had two more rooms for them at discounted rates for my friends. They even let them check in early. I cannot praise this hotel and the staff enough. If I’m ever in Collierville again, I know where I’ll stay.

Liked everything about our stay except for the amount of clothing storage space in the room. 2 smaller drawers and the smallest closet I have ever seen in a hotel in this country! Also, the rooms are cleaned every OTHER day. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time but we were able to get fresh towels from the front desk. Decent hotel for the price.

Weekend Business Trip
Excellent hotel stay for an overnight business trip. I was very appreciative for the overall cleanliness, quiet and accommodating (free Wi-Fi) atmosphere, and very comfortable bed. I enjoyed peaceful rest immediately upon arrival. The staff was also kind. Breakfast was a plus.

Mostly a great hotel for overnight stay
The ladies at the desk were great! Couldn’t ask for more friendly ladies! They kitchen staff for breakfast were extremely friendly too and there was a great variety of breakfast items. The only complaints I have are there were hairs still in the shower that weren’t mine, a big hand print on the shower glass and there were no bags in the trash cans in our room. We could also hear someone next door or above us television till 2:00am but only because apparently they had the volume literally all the way up. Hotel is in a great location as well.

This was a long weekend stay for us. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't work we called front desk it never worked the 4 days we stayed. Pool was out of order half the time we was there. Beds are very firm. Breakfast options could have been better. As far as cleanliness it was perfect. Very convenient. Shopping across the street with food options.
